Progressive Jackpots Galore

Everyone knows what a jackpot is, but what about progressive jackpots? It simply means that the jackpot payout increases little by little with each placed bet until it reaches ridiculous amounts and/or someone finally wins it. You can see the size of the current jackpot on a “jackpot meter.”

Usually you will win the jackpot only by getting the best hand in poker – a royal flush – or the best combination of fruits or other symbols in slot machines. This is obviously really difficult, but the size of the jackpot really makes it worthwhile taking the chance.

Nowadays every online casino offers at least a few of these jackpots. Often in several different games like blackjack, Caribbean stud poker, video poker, and of course – slots.

Like just about everyone else I really want to score one of these babies, so I rounded up some of the most interesting progressive jackpots I could find from the casinos listed at Gambling-Win. There are almost too many to choose from. I really enjoy playing blackjack or Caribbean stud, so my search started with these games. Most of the really large jackpots can be found at the slot machines, but given my preferences for card games, I was looking mostly at the table-game jackpots.

Progressive Caribbean Stud turned out to be the flavor of the day, with huge jackpots at several casinos. I found a great one at Casino Tropez just waiting for me to pick it up. I made it a few hands to go, but so far – no luck. I’ll make sure to revisit the casino regularly as long as the huge jackpot is still in place, though.
