I&#039;ve heard Crack Alley mentioned often enough, just was curious what the &#039;hood looked like.   Some make it sound like the seventh circle of hell.   Looks pretty much like any old, urban  neighborhood that hasn&#039;t been gentrified.  I could find pockets around here that look the same.  Not particularly the level of &quot;scariness&quot; the moniker &quot;Crack Alley&quot; evokes. Perhaps the place is only frightening  if your name is Kaitlyn or Muffy?  Or you walk around with popped collars?

Would be hard pressed to find a shopping center sign that lists Mexican, Asian and Kosher restaurants around here, however.  Oh and a bagel place---can&#039;t forget the bagels.-</description>
