Frozen Tundra – Vegas

Man, this just sucks.
My Bloggermobile is sitting outside my office, cold.
I’m inside my office and cold.
It is wet. It is dark. It is freezing cold. I just want to go back to bed and hide until it’s over.
Snow sucks. I hate snow. And I don’t like the cold much better.
If you are coming here this week, I feel sorry for you. Well, okay, I suppose if you’re coming here from Canada then you don’t even need a sweater. Then I’m happy for you. Bring your sled dogs because you’re probably going to need them.
This is supposed to go on for days. It is going to be in the 40s for the next several days and involve this crap falling out of the sky. Storm after storm is coming in just like the planes lining up to land, which, by the way, fly just a couple of feet over my office roof. I just know they are dumping chem trails on me, or at least, dumping their potty sprinkles on my Bloggermobile.
Yeah, I’m not exactly Sister Mary Sunshine right now. I’m cold and I can’t get warmed up. This makes me a very cranky camper.

This isn’t an ‘oh, it is just snowing in the mountains’, my office is about 2 miles from the strip. Same elevation. People over on Freemont Street Experience are probably bundled up like little Eskimos, waddling around, slipping on the slick sidewalks.
The FedEx driver just told me that the smaller freeways are now closed from Henderson to Boulder City. Good luck if you needed to get there today.
Since I’ve been writing this it has gotten worse. It is accumulating on the ground now. I’m going to have to use a brush to clear my windows to drive home. We’re fucking doomed. Send help.
