628 Issues
eCOGRA received a total of 826 disputes through its online player facility, but 83 of those disputes came from non e-COGRA operators. Additionally, 115 out of the 826 submissions were classified as invalid due to being anonymous, non-specific and/or abusive in nature.

Removing the invalid and non e-COGRA submissions, it left 628 issues, which were then mediated by Fair Gaming Advocate Tex Rees. From those 628, 48% (303 cases) where resolved in favor of the player.

The player disputes were divided as follows: 46% were cash-ins, 22% were bonus related, 19% were locked accounts and 13% were a combination of software enquiries, sports betting related and spam.
