There are big things happening at the PKR Poker, the popular poker room with 3D graphics. The coming time PKR will celebrate the addition of a brand new member to its Team PKR Pro, and all PKR players can enjoy the action of the Springfest poker events.
Team PKR Pro
Back in April 2009, PKR Poker first came up with the idea to assemble a team of top poker professionals to represent the PKR brand at various live events. It all started with six poker professionals but now almost one year later already the tenth member will join the team.
While the exact details of the newly added poker pro are still unknown, the player is again drawn from the PKR player base and makes his living as a poker professional. The first mission of the team's newbie is scheduled in the beginning of April, when the team will head on over to Dublin for the Irish Open.
PKR Springfest Tournaments
Besides the installation of the new team member there are plenty of other reasons to make a move at PKR Poker. The PKR Springfest started last Friday the 26th and will last for two weeks with 11 different events and a total of over €130,000 in guaranteed prize money.
These 11 events feature a wide range of game types and tournament varieties, with Deep Stacks, Rebuy Tournaments and Omaha Tournaments just to name a few. If you're out of cash at the end of the tournament series, just make sure to enter the PKR Live IV Freeroll.
