The biggest football event in the world is on its way and PKR Poker gives its players the chance to represent their own country in a custom-designed poker battle. The qualifications have started this weekend, so read on and check out how you can bet, check, and raise your way to the finals.
Team Poker at PKR
PKR Poker is known to reward team effort and have recently put together their own team of PKR pros to represent the PKR community at various live and online poker events. For the World Cup Promo team spirit is vital as the poker operator will select top players to form teams that will represent nations from around the world.
Each nation will have six players selected to defend the poker honor of their country. There are three ways in which you can become one of those players.
PKR World Cup Qualifiers
First of all, you can participate in one of the six World Cup Qualifier tournaments running from May 22 until June 26. The top four points scorers from each country on the leaderboard, will be selected to join their country's poker team.
Sit & Go Specialists
The two other places on the team will be filled with top Sit & Go and Heads-Up players. One place is available for the player with the biggest amount of Sit & Go prize money during the qualification period, and the other will go the the player with the highest Heads-Up winnings.
